What the client says
Leave a review“What sold me was the client portal. I could see my case progress, my next appointment, and my invoice all in one place. I never had to wonder whether my lawyer forgot about me, because everything was right there.”
Jennifer Garcia
Family law client · Davao City
“Dugay na nga na-freeze ang estate sa akong amahan kay wala mi kahibalo asa magsugod. Gi-mapa ni Atty. Gascon ang matag lakang, gibayran ang estate tax, ug na-transfer ang mga titulo ngadto sa amo nga lima ka manununod. Sa unang higayon, nag-istoryahanay na pud ang pamilya imbis nga mag-away.”
Elena Mendoza
Estate settlement client · Davao City
“We got a BIR Letter of Authority and honestly akala nako mawala na among negosyo. Kay si Atty. lawyer ug CPA man, the assessment got answered sa language nga gigamit gyud sa examiner. Na-cut down ang deficiency to a fraction of the original.”
Roberto Santos
BIR audit defense client · Digos
“Selling our family land had a tax angle I didn't even know existed. Because Atty. Gascon is both a lawyer and a CPA, he caught it, computed the capital gains correctly, and structured the sale so we didn't overpay. Having one person handle both sides made a real difference.”
Rolando Espino
Property sale client · Tagum
“Gi-handle niya ang akong petisyon nga diskreto kaayo, bisan ang akong pinakasuod nga mga higala wala makahibalo hangtod ako mismo ang misulti. Prangka siya gikan sa unang panagkita kung unsa ka-dugay ni mahimo, ug wala gyud niya ako gihatagan og bakak nga paglaom.”
Cristina Flores
Family law client · Tagum
“The lot we inherited had a title still naa pa sa pangalan sa akong lola. Gi-buhat sa firm ang extrajudicial settlement, they paid the right taxes, ug gi-proseso ang papeles sa Registry of Deeds. We finally hold a clean title.”
Danilo Reyes
Property title transfer client · Panabo
“A supplier owed us a large balance and kept stalling. The firm sent the demand, secured the claim with an attachment so the assets couldn't quietly disappear, and we recovered most of it without a drawn-out trial. Practical from day one.”
Alfredo Bernardo
Collection case client · Davao City
“Naulaw ko mo-amin nga dili nako kaya bayran ang tanan sa makausa. Gihatagan ko nila og gamay nga paunang bayad ug pleksible nga iskedyul, walay paghukom. Murag firm gyud nga seryoso kung mo-ingon sila og barato nga presyo para sa ordinaryong tawo.”
Lourdes Rivera
Family law client · Davao City
“I came in to register one small company ug mibiya ko nga complete na ang books, BIR registration, ug SEC papers, parehas ra og office ang nag-ayo. Doing the legal side and the accounting side under one roof, dako gyud og time na-save namo.”
Eduardo Castillo
Business formation client · General Santos
“Our SEC filings were years behind and a co-owner dispute was brewing. They cleaned up the records first, then sorted the disagreement through the by-laws without dragging us to court. Calm and methodical.”
Daisy Galang
Corporate client · General Santos
“Dili gyud nako kaya og abogado sa akong kaugalingon. Gidawat nila ang akong kaso sa kontingensiya nga kasabotan ug gi-atiman nila kini sama ka-seryoso sa bisan kinsa nga nagbayad. Wala gyud ko mibati nga limos lang ang akong kaso.”
Marilou Salazar
Family law client · Bansalan
“Magulo kaayo ang bookkeeping sa among cooperative ug nahadlok mi sa penalties. They cleaned up two years of records, gi-ayo ang among payroll filings, and now we actually understand our own financial statements.”
Arturo Domingo
Accounting client · Mati
“Solid work on our incorporation and good advice on the tax side. My only note is that getting a first appointment took a couple of weeks because they're clearly busy. Once we started, though, the service was excellent.”
Gerardo Alcantara
Business formation client · General Santos
“Masakit ug komplikado kaayo ang pag-areglo sa estate sa akong namatay nga bana. Mapailubon kaayo ang firm sa matag pirma, ug gipasabot nila ang estate tax sa mga pulong nga akong masabtan.”
Remedios Castro
Estate settlement client · Cagayan de Oro
“The process took longer than I hoped. Daghan og balik-balik sa BIR, pero gi-update ko nila sa tibuok panahon ug patas man ang resulta. I'd still recommend them, just be ready for government timelines.”
Nestor Morales
Tax compliance client · Davao City
“They registered our brand with the IPOPHL and keep track of the renewal deadlines so we don't lose it. It took longer than I expected because of the office actions, but they explained each step and saw it through.”
Evelyn Sevilla
Trademark client · Davao City
“Ang custody mao ang pinakalisod nga akong naagian. Gipanalipdan niya ang akong mga anak gikan sa kasamok ug gipaningkamotan niya ang kasabotan nga mu-angay gyud para namo. Kalmado, andam, ug wala gyud nagdrama atubangan sa akong mga bata.”
Marivic Pascual
Custody client · Panabo
“Wala gyud siya misaad og result nga dili niya ma-control, which I respected. What he did was prepare me completely ug gi-assert ang tanan nakong rights. I walked into each hearing knowing exactly what would happen.”
Vicente Diaz
Criminal defense client · Tagum
“We had a small breach at our clinic and panicked. They walked us through the NPC notification window, fixed the consent forms we didn't even realize were non-compliant, and trained the staff. The follow-up letter from the Commission was routine because the paperwork was finally in order.”
Concepcion Romualdez
Data privacy client · Davao City
“Nagdali-dali ang among kooperatiba sa wala pa ang mga deadline sa CDA ug nagkagubot ang reserve fund. Kay abogado ug CPA man, na-areglo ang legal nga bahin ug ang bookkeeping nga dungan. Nahiuyon na mi sa balaod karon, ug ang mga miyembro mosalig na sa mga numero.”
Erlinda Ignacio
Cooperative client · Mati
“Our business was drowning in debt ug abi nako og pagsira na lang ang bugtong dalan. They reviewed the books honestly ug gipakita nga mahimo diay ang rehabilitation. The plan kept us running ug nakabayad sa mga creditor sa hinay-hinay.”
Wilson Magno
Corporate rehabilitation client · Cagayan de Oro
“I had overstayed and was terrified of being blacklisted. They told me plainly what the Bureau would require, regularized my status, and handled the paperwork. The government timeline was slow, but they kept me updated the whole way.”
Hiroshi Tanaka
Immigration client · Davao City
“Gipapahawa ko sa trabaho nga walay hustong pahibalo ug wala ko kahibalo nga mubo ra diay ang akong panahon para mu-aksyon. Paspas silang milihok sa proseso sa DOLE ug nakakuha ko og patas nga kasabotan. Salamat gyud nga wala ko naghulat.”
Norma Javier
Labor case client · Panabo
“After a contested local race, importante kaayo ang oras. Na-file nila ang protesta within the deadline ug gi-guide ko sa ballot revision realistically, wala nag-oversell sa chances. Steady hands bisan sa tinuod nga pressure.”
Allan Ventura
Election case client · Digos
“After we lost a family member we were angry and wanted to sue immediately. They read the records first and were honest about what could and could not be proven, then built the case carefully on the medical evidence. The candor mattered as much as the work.”
Salvador Hernandez
Medical malpractice client · Davao City
“Giingnan ko niya og prangka nga adunay huyang nga bahin ang akong kaso ug mas maayo nga makig-areglo kaysa mogasto og duha ka tuig sa korte aron mapildi lang. Mas gipabilhan nako ang kaprangka kaysa bisan unsang saad. Nag-areglo mi ug natipigan nako ang akong tinigom.”
Renato Navarro

RG Law, Tax and Accounting Firm
34-D Padre Gomez Street, Davao City, Philippines
info@rglta.com
RG Law, Tax and Accounting Firm (“the firm”), 34-D Padre Gomez Street, Davao City, Philippines, is the personal information controller for this website. Data Protection Officer: Atty. Nyll Gabrylle R. Gascon, privacy@rglta.com. This notice covers processing done through the website; professional engagements are governed additionally by their engagement letters.
Intake. Your name, contact details, city, the names of other parties, your narrative, and any documents you choose to attach. The firm uses these to assess the inquiry, check conflicts of interest, and respond to you. The other parties’ names are third-party personal data that you provide; we process them only to screen conflicts, and we handle them with the same care as yours.
Consultation scheduling. Your name, email, phone, and intake reference, used to arrange and hold your free consultation. Invitations go out through Google Calendar and meetings run on Google Meet.
Newsletter. Your email address, added only after you click the confirmation link (double opt-in). We use it to send the firm’s notes. Every issue carries an unsubscribe link.
The reviewer library. Your sign-in identity (name and email from Google, or your email alone), your purchases and tier, and reading and download logs kept for security and for protection of the licensed works. Every page you stream and every copy you download carries your identity; sold copies also open with a password, which is your email address. These marks protect the author’s work and remain in any copy that leaves your hands.
Reviewer identity check. Before you first open, buy, or download a paid reviewer, you enter your full legal name and upload a photo of a government-issued ID. We use the photo only to read the name printed on it and confirm that it matches the name you entered, so a paid copy is tied to a real, named person and shared or throwaway accounts are deterred. We do not store the photo: it is read once and then discarded. We keep only the result of the check, the name read from the ID, and the date. The free shelf does not require this step.
Free shelf downloads. Available in your library after sign-in; each free file is lightly stamped with your account email. Taking them subscribes you to nothing; the newsletter remains a separate, double-confirmed choice.
Analytics and logs. We use Plausible, which sets no cookies and collects no personal data; we see aggregate counts only. Our host keeps standard, short-lived server logs (including IP addresses) for security.
Document Drafter. Our free /draft tool uses a third-party AI
sub-processor to read the free text you give it (your description of what
you need) so it can classify your request. Your structured interview answers
are not sent to the AI sub-processor; they are used on our servers to assemble
a draft from the firm’s templates. Drafter output is automated, is not legal
advice, and is not reviewed or signed by a lawyer. When you sign in,
your drafts are saved to your account for seven days so you can ask the firm
to review them, then deleted unless you escalate to a paid review.
Concierge chatbot. When the site assistant is switched on, it answers general questions about the firm. Most answers are pre-written and run in your browser, with nothing sent to us. For a question those cannot answer, the message you type is sent to our AI sub-processor (United States) to generate a reply. We do not store the conversation, and the assistant gives general information, not legal advice. Please do not enter sensitive personal details; for your matter, use the intake form.
Your consent (intake, consultation scheduling, newsletter, downloads, and the reviewer identity check); performance of a contract (store orders and delivery); and the firm’s legitimate interests (conflict screening, security, watermark protection of licensed works, and answering the questions you send to the site assistant). Each basis sits within the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its issuances.

Where data leaves the Philippines, it does so under this disclosure and the processors’ contractual and security commitments; the firm remains accountable for it.

Encryption in transit; a database that denies public access by default; processing kept to our servers and the listed processors only; minimal logging that excludes message contents; access limited to the firm. No system is perfect, but this one is run the way the firm runs its case files.
