Immigration runs on the Bureau's own calendar and its standing rules, and those rules change. We cannot speed a government queue or promise a particular ruling. What we can do is confirm your eligibility honestly at the outset, assemble a complete and consistent application, and keep your status valid while a matter is pending. Deportation and blacklist matters are time-sensitive. Bring them at once, because staying in lawful status is far easier than recovering it.

Questions
It depends on the visa type and the Bureau's current processing load. The Bureau sets the periods, not the firm. At the consultation we give you a realistic range for your category and point out the steps that commonly cause delay, so the timeline you plan around is honest rather than hopeful.
Overstaying carries fines and, if left unaddressed, can lead to blacklisting or deportation. Many overstays can still be regularized by paying the assessed fees and updating your status, but the right step depends on how long you have overstayed and why. Bring it to us early. We will tell you candidly what the Bureau is likely to require before anything is filed.
Possibly. The route depends on your circumstances. Judicial naturalization runs under Commonwealth Act 473, administrative naturalization under RA 9139, and former natural-born Filipinos may reacquire citizenship under RA 9225.
